You can look forward to honest traditional pork-butchery specialties perfectly paired with freshly tapped Pilsner Urquell beer straight from the source — a guaranteed recipe for great atmosphere. Join us on Saturday, 14 March, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the courtyard of the Pilsner Brewery.
On site you can enjoy pork broth, the traditional “prdelačka” soup, liver sausages, blood sausages, head cheese and much more. To make the experience even more authentic, there will also be a live demonstration of stuffing sausages. Local producer Třemošenská uzenina, boasting a tradition dating back to 1972, will also be present with delicious products. With such a rich selection, everyone will find something to enjoy. The atmosphere will be enhanced by live music.
