| Brewery museum in Pilsen |
In May of this year, it will have been sixty years since the Brewery Museum opened. To mark this anniversary, a unique exhibition detailing the museum’s past six decades was created.
This exhibition will be the first to feature the oldest and never before published photographs from the restoration of the house with a license to brew beer which has hosted the Brewery Museum since 1959. You will also see photographs capturing the creation of the museum and some of its earliest exhibits. The exhibition will help visitors better understand the history and the origin of the museum and reveal the changes the building housing the Brewery Museum has undergone over the past 90 years – from the initial idea to create the museum to this day.
In accordance with an order from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, tours and experience programme are closed to public until further notice. Sorry for inconvenience.
